Origin of today's English Alphabet

Every word we use today is a combination of letters. Every letter has a history through civilizations that came into existence and went out of existence over time until the present moment has these letters as foundational currency for communication. Letters are signs, sounds, symbols encapsulating meanings in forms as the basis for formations. Several meanings since the inception of alphabets have layered upon the original concepts that were attempted to be encaptulated in these symbols that are alphabets.
