A lot of our souls have lived through past incarnations as the other gender or as animals, plants, trees, insects, ghosts, light or dark beings and whatnots through their soul-development before incarnating into this present lifetime. Most of us, hence, don’t know what it is to be and live like a human being. We don’t know what it means to be a human being or what is the opportunity and responsibility in being one. Meristem Intelligence, as an Enterprise, facilitates the becoming of humane beings without which the opportunity in being a human being is not realised. Human beings are meant to be a blessing on the Planet, and this may be news to a lot of people inadvertently because this may not have been able to be thought of before.
It takes some time for a person to be able to recognise their own tissue rhythms and then the rhythms are often entangled with that of others or in past-based traumas so they need to untangle before pure personal rhythms may be recognisable and then some more training is required before being able to maintain the quality of personal rhythms and then some more to upgrade the quality of personal rhythms. As stated earlier, NY is a single multifaceted practice that moves through stages of advancement during which a person grows covering development milestones in becoming a humane (human) being through stages of development.
It works by morphic resonance that each is connected with humanity in the way that a person needs to be in accomplishing what one came into existence for; it is by intelligent design that such are the connections. It is also sanatana dharma that such is the connection. This is where the body intelligence meets implicate intelligence in an intelligent design that has life go on for ever and ever. It is the tradition of life.
The body forms the WheelOfDharma by which one’s path of ordinary reason for existence can be blueprinted so that one accomplishes what one came into existence for.
Rejuvenation of meristematic and stem cells naturally as inherent altruism maintains organic order in health. The god and the devil are in the details. Like the path of truth, lack of awareness could lead the unmindful to god or the devil and consequences thereof. Being able to experience the transparent clearness of the present moment while tissues breathe the breath of life in pure clear conscience as though wearing a soft clear liquid involuntarily breathing fabric that naturally breathes the naked truth of who you really are in this moment would be a desirable outcome as proof of having washed off anything other than innocence, clear conscience and virginal originality of the fabric of consciousness that makes you you. To help a person maintain being their original self as long as they need to be in viably accomplishing what they came into existence for. It is easier to live in the Himalayas or remote locations, life is tough there away from civilisation, but it is easier than having to live amidst people, be an individual and grow stronger, healthier, interdependently independent. It is counter-intuitive to the natural instincts engendered by ‘society’ where someone or the other is either looking out for each other or is expected to be, and hence natural individuating instincts go weak while subconsciously developing dependency instincts. The longer we stay in one place, more adapted we get to what there only is, and we grow, like a frog in the well, accustomed to only that which is available around. We forget who we really are within and what we are born in this lifetime to accomplish. Nirbeeja Yoga is a method of yoga that has a person come home to their original sense of self, so that the contrast between who they are and where they are is stark enough that they are reminded of why they are born and amongst the living. Nirbeeja Yoga is the easiest first step to walking the path of dharma. Nirbeeja Yoga is an important part of DharmaPada For SoulSatisfaction in maintaining being oneself as one walks the path of peace and truth. Non-violence happens to be the easiest way to peace and truth; Nirbeeja Yoga employs non-violence for yoga of mind, body, spirit, soul, conscience so that walking the path of dharma (peace and truth) is a habit - normal and ordinary the way the two words are meant to be originally.
Nirbeeja Yoga is foundational yoga. It is a fundamental default duty in having the body of a human being- maintain harmony and non-violence by the basic fact of having a human body. It is the quintessence of being humane.
As foundational yoga, where samasthithi or anatomical position of a normal human being is just about all the perimeter within which this practice unfolds with no particular posture recommended or required, Nirbeeja Yoga®️ is different from Hatha Yoga in that the practice is triphasic - extension, intension and notension - and none of these phases require voluntary movement.
We all have different fires within us that gives our personality flavours. We call them identities, personas, concerns. They are all, basically, different cares. We tend to juggle between roles/identities during our everyday moments of living. We forget some things, memories, experiences, learnings, and our esteem changes sometimes somuchso that we don't recognise ourselves and we lose ourselves in the several duties and responsibilities. Vedas say, "in finding of memory is undoing of knots, and for those whose knots are undone, sanatkumara shows the further shore of darkness" out of the chakravyuha that we unwittingly get mired into.
Yoga is a coming together of what makes us us unto Advaitha, which basically means the person is one with the intention/purpose for which one is born into existence. They call this intention/purpose as ishvarapranidana. It has a nonviolent life-bettering, soul-evolving purpose and it is not going anywhere. It, in fact, fires our soul into doing the best when we are doing the right thing by our conscience. It is the moving unmoved mover. Hatha yoga is a methodical formulation to keep a person moving life-maintaining forces in specific ways that helps maintain health but does not evolve the soul. It seeks to balance between opposites as the name ha-tha suggests. It is a doing-practice and requires objects, even the body tissues or breath as objects that are moved in specific ways to come to the internal unity of the elements as one where the corporal and ephemeral are working in sync and development is possible only in accordance with what a person is ready for. Nirbeeja Yoga begins from the unity of form and requires no tools as such to be and become but tools help to enhance what is possible from Nirbeeja Yoga as a peace-maintaining, harmony-maintaining, purpose-of-existence forwarding movement through truth or DharmaPada. It makes ha and tha better like a foundation that self-upgrades so that a better life becomes possible where time and space are together (non violated) and becoming better. This is what is required for dashavathara by the internal evolution by dashami in the antaranga and dashavatara in the bahiranga so that men and women of substance come to be amongst us as pillars of the earth.

All information that has hitherto far been known are just that - bits of information - that may or may not be put together appropriately to form a cohesive model of Reality, much like an elaborate box of Legos that may or may not be higgledy-piggledy. Life is the ordering of chaos. All there is is chaos in different kinds of order, most of which is an order of unknown nature. 'Growing up' is a process of living in accordance with the orders of these several natures in Nature. Nature is a complex system of orders. Life is a song and dance when moving in tandem with these orders and traumatic/traumatized when not.

In vedic literature, the concept of sadgati refers to a 'good pace of life force.' Nirbeeja Yoga works with the Breath of Life so that the breath of life in a person is in sync with the Breath of Life itself, detraumatizing disharmonious and bad paces in the lifeforce so that life and health come into a healthy rhythm.
Empathy is one of the key ingredients in being human. It is what engenders and expresses care. It keeps nurture where it needs to be - at the center of the concern. It brings things together into a workable, liveable world.
Nirbeeja Yoga is a practice on the bed of empathy. It is a pathway to becoming a heyoka empath - the beginning to being a blessing on the planet by the fact of your existence and the pathway to becoming a healer. Human beings should at least be healers at baseline. Everything else is a bonus.
Nirbeeja breathing is like the driver's license for a vehicle. Our body is just as much a vehicle in which we travel through the journey of Life in this lifetime. This is so basic that not knowing this is proof of how far away from integrity have we moved and is the palpable gap (abyss) that we need to bridge as living beings and as humans. Talking in biblical terms, this is the gap we need to bridge to be back in the Garden of Eden. {Eden is a Hebrew word that means atmosphere. It is not a place to be located on the physical geographical map. It refrs to 5 things: spot, moment, presence, open door, delightful}.
We land-dwellers are living organisms that evolved from water-dwellers that came ashore. Earth, being a life-supporting Planet is so because it has water in its constitution as the elixir of life, has land that is also water in vaporous form. Humidity defines geographies. We, humans, and so also other living organisms, are always in interaction with Nature, but essentially we are like the fish out of water, but then we evolved from water-dwellers, so maybe we are not fish out of water but dwellers in vapor. Nirbeeja Yoga brings our sensitivities back to being living organisms in ocean-of-vapor so that our eyes can see being sensitive to this water and so also our other senses, so we have never really gone out of water but reconnected with the ocean-dwellers that we originally were and still are as long as we are Earth-dwellers.
There is a form of Yoga that has a living be a living being, that ensures survival, ensures living and forms the basis for thriving. This is foundational yoga. All other forms of yoga is a bonus over this. Clue: You dont need to move to be doing this yoga. Even baby knows this, but then the baby does not know that it knows this and we have forgotten how to be a baby! Nirbeeja Yoga is a kind of back-to-basics from which the building blocks of life are revisited and reengineered.
If immaculate means 'perfectly clean, neat or tidy, Nirbeeja Yoga caters to maintaining oneself being immaculate. Its a mindful, prayerful attidude that involves no words but the rhythms of life to gently, nonviolently decontaminate and untangle from corrupting influences that tends to have a person be other than oneself.

The movement from Dukha (bad space) to Sukha (good space) and that too to SthiraSukha (being in good space ongoingly) has been one of the goals of yoga. Liberation from the cycles of birth and death into a state of eternity has also been a sought-after since time immemorial. {Maybe the text books have been being read and understood a little higgledy-piggledy with our consequent construct of Reality and relationship to Wholesome a bit helter-skelter}. Our relationship with 'practise versus practice' is very poor. We tend to relate to practise as practice (a noun) when it was always meant to be a verb - an ongoing action. Worse, we tend to live life as though this is 'practice life' and that the real one is going to start later (!) leading to all kinds of perpetual Dukha.

It all began from nothing, nothing is what we will return to. Why not learn living in nothing so you are never away from home? You might actually help save the planet!
People and Consciousness at large is already receivibg the benefit from me, Bitha Sadanandan, practicing the Work. The levels of benefit received by people varies depending on who is actually working with me and in which program, because the nature of contact is different.
You need to be able to sit comfortably in this sacred fire to be able to be in this side of Nothing coz the other side of Nothing is the black hole and this takes some skill due to this complexity. Sitting in the fire may be considered uncomfortable but then how else would crude metal become gold? Getting detoxified and tempered, of course! This is the stuff that spiritual alchemy is about - from coarse to fine. It is part of the high art of healing.
Why go through all this? Coz each of us is a droplet in the Ocean of Consciousness. If the droplets are 'dirty' or toxified or contaminated, the Ocean gets contaminated because little drops of water make a mighty ocean. The ocean contamination we see on the planet is a reflection of HOW much cleaning we need to go through. As is the microcosm so is the planet-home. We are, afterall and beforeall, EarthFamily.
Save the Planet by saving your own body and life. It starts with cleaning. Cleanliness leads to Godliness.
Suboptimal habits and conditionings through the course of everyday living dries out the originality that is unique to us. Having a practice that reconnects with wholesomeness through moments of everyday living restores integrity and repairs any wear and tear that may have come about during the course of the day/Day.
Simply put, Nirbeeja Yoga is an integration process by which preexisting 'seeds' (precipitates of prior experiences) or subliminal impressions can be ongoingly 'deseeded' so that living in the present moment becomes eventually free from prejudices or past-based judgements so that there is clarity of vision, intention and destination so that ultimately decisions are based on present/latest update-based well-informed choices by which a sustainable less-likely-to-fail future can be created.
It is the realm of Silence, stillness and nothing. As you get more comfortable with the three, more of yourself is revealed.

What
If yoga is considered to be the coming together of body, mind and soul through pranayama, asana and dhyana, then Nirbeeja Yoga™ would be the fundamental form of it or the baseline 0 form of yoga because an observer can hardly notice that the practitioner is practicing. The practitioner would seem to be doing nothing, and from this form of doing nothing, everything that is good, beneficial, harmonious, peaceful and conducive to life emerges.
Nirbeeja Yoga™ is the yoga for being in and living life from the present moment. As the name suggests, it may even be regarded as the foundational yoga or yoga at baseline (i.e. from a state of nirbeeja or formlessness or state zero) where the practitioner gets in touch with the space where even the seed/beeja/identity has not stirred into existence and in being aware of this space can notice when a new being within the psychosomatic experience of a person is stirring into existence. From this space of stillness and quietness, different stages of the development of the beings within our developmental constitution may be acknowledged, appreciated, nurtured and natured into healthy becomings. Just like a lifecycle, beings come into existence within our psyche in response to need, hormones, exposure to new experiences, stages of psychosomatic development, or in response to stages of spirit-maturation and having come into existence, move through stages of development (ref: Fibonacci-like spiral of development), become and move back into the resource pool after it has accomplished what it came into existence for. A new being stirrs into existence when it is time for such. Nirbeeja Yoga™ is being in touch with that space where a new being has not stirred yet AND that space where the old moves on into renewal. Birth and death are the two poles of life. In between birth and death, there are stages of being and becoming. In between death and birth too are stages of deforming and reforming and even spaces of rejuvenation. Nirbeeja Yoga™ involves all this.
Here's a fun challenge: If different stages of hierarchy in yogic forms may be charted, yoga may be seen as 'convectioning' like water when kept to boil would convection in the pot in circles between 0 and 9 and then back to 0, which would be 10 or -10 if the person has devolved instead of evolved, and 10 or -10 is basically the zero of the next series of 0 to 9 or -0 to -9. Nirbeeja Yoga™ is the yoga for being in and living life from the present moment. As the name suggests, it may even be regarded as the foundational yoga or yoga at baseline (i.e. from a state of nirbeeja or formlessness or state zero) where the practitioner gets in touch with the space where even the seed/beeja/identity has not stirred into existence and in being aware of this space can notice when a new being within the psychosomatic experience of a person is stirring into existence. From this space of stillness and quietness, different stages of the development of the beings within our developmental constitution may be acknowledged, appreciated, nurtured and natured into healthy becomings. Just like a lifecycle, beings come into existence within our psyche in response to need, hormones, exposure to new experiences, stages of psychosomatic development, or in response to stages of spirit-maturation and having come into existence, move through stages of development (ref: Fibonacci-like spiral of development), become and move back into the resource pool after it has accomplished what it came into existence for. A new being stirrs into existence when it is time for such. Nirbeeja Yoga™ is being in touch with that space where a new being has not stirred yet AND that space where the old moves on into renewal. Birth and death are the two poles of life. In between birth and death, there are stages of being and becoming. In between death and birth too are stages of deforming and reforming and even spaces of rejuvenation. Nirbeeja Yoga™ involves all this.
Here's a fun challenge: If different stages of hierarchy in yogic forms may be charted, yoga may be seen as 'convectioning' like water when kept to boil would convection in the pot in circles between 0 and 9 and then back to 0, which would be 10 or -10 if the person has devolved instead of evolved, and 10 or -10 is basically the zero of the next series of 0 to 9 or -0 to -9. How
As mentioned on What, the tools of this Work are breath, body and awareness like in most forms of yoga. Peculiar to this Work is that external material, meaning things other than what is already present in the body, is like the material used for a havan or sacrificial fire ceremony, and are mostly food, water, exercise, rest, cleaning, planning and being that are considered to be essentials for maintaining life as discerned from this Work that is Meristem Intelligence®.

Why
Being can have no basis without the experience of a ground that is constant and stable beyond all permutations and combinations of disturbance. In yogic philosophy, this state is called sthirasukha and is a state that is arrived at through detoxification, contemplation on things worth contemplating about, refinement of building blocks, clarity on intention/direction of life and/or purpose of existence, untangling relationships about oneself and with people in life and relationship with wholesomeness. 'Be' has no basis without a certainty of a beyond-doubt arrival at 'is.' Nirbeeja Yoga™ provides the means to arrive at Nothing as the center of one's personal universe.

- Nirbeeja samadhi is the precursor state to Dharma megha samadhi (as discerned by Patanjali in his 'Yoga Sutra.' Nirbeeja Yoga™ is a practice that enables coming to and being in nirbeeja samadhi so that walking the Path of Dharma (which would basically mean 'minding your own duties/business/responsibilities/joys/path towards realizing and actualizing a person's fullest potential) becomes easy, doable, and basically work gets done in the absence of which practice we have a home/Planet/Universe that needs maintenance and lots of people quitting before putting enough effort or reincarnating more frequently in hopes of a better life than staying put and fixing the one they already have and making it better. It is the art of Nothing. It takes something to walk the right path (of truth, integrity, dignity, to persevere in a life-sustainible manner). The thing is a lot of us know all these things and somehow we havent come to think about certain other things and hence they remain in the 'I dont know that I dont know' domain. This Work works from the Unknown domain and there is no way to go there other than from what you know. We may try it with words, but words go thus far. There is a domain where words and mind try to reach but cannot and this domain has been called the self. Nirbeeja Yoga™ is coming to this place and going beyond.
- People often think it is a field to be accessed, like hacking a computer or a field of reality as though an information domain. Energy-hacking is so popular that reality may be having 'ozone hole' phenomenon, like a tatterred fabric with all the hackings going on. The fabric of time and space needs repairing. This Work helps repair that and one hole at a time the fabric of time and space can be repaired.
- It is a nice addendum to any mindfulness practice, including but not limited to different kinds of Yoga but can also be a stand-alone practice in itself. It the yoga of everyday living, that goes hand-in-hand with kriya yoga and gruhasth yoga or tantric yoga.
- Dust settles when space is not maintained as it should be. Dust is precipitate of time settled and needs periodic sorting to where they belong. Dust is also experiences of living precipitated. This Work is the means to come home to who you really are, unqualified by identifiers. It happens to be detraumatizing en route so it is also therapeutic and oftentimes it is this part that makes it a slow process. We have somehow come to identify ourselves with fight/flight/freeze (we mostly connect with a God-fearing Almighty than a God-loving Almighty), so culturally, socially, economically, there is a 100% of the way to go before we begin to see a detraumatized world. Fortunately, it begins with you (me, us - 'I').
- You become a clock - a set of finely coordinated microdials that make you You . The more fine-tuned you get, the more precisely your life starts to work in tandem. Gurdjieff's Fourth Way work may come to mind; this Work takes it even finer and would be an addendum to his Work in having life come in sync with All That There Is - microcosm to macrocosm - in a way that works for everything in its due time. This is nth-way Work.

Nirbeeja Yoga™ is a subtle yoga and a slow yoga that can be practiced during moments of everyday living, including while walking, talking, bathing, eating and is a good way to get a good night's sleep when practiced just before drifting off to sleep. Much like a buffet cannot be eaten in 5 minutes, Nirbeeja Yoga™ has depth and richness which comes into awareness while practicing along with other methods of Practices and hence may slow down the Practice while making the content and benefit richer. We are each spinning (our stories of how things are, what things are, creating things like a spider with its spinnerette). We create stories spinning. We move, whether or not we are aware of it. Even when we are sitting apparently still, there is thoughts, emotions, different things moving in us. We get spun into the already existing movements and then we yarn some more adding our own spin to those spins. We mostly get lost thusly and we live life lost in them stories, whether our own spun or in already existing spuns. Our lives become kind of a copy-paste from previous day, previous month, maybe even a copy-paste of a version of our ancestors. Our wars are an example; they used to be what our ancestors did to survive their challenges while there was so much space in which to fight and still have a planet that can sustain the developments. Now, we have kind of lost sight of where we are headed but continuing our ancestral patterns of survival while they have also passed on so much wisdom on how to live, which may be being ignored or staying in the dark unawares because we may not be taking the time to recognize them for what they are. Purification through dynamicstillnesses (Nirbeeja Yoga™)
Repentence is a bodily experience. It, basically, is an acknowledgement of a distruption from peace and harmony by bringing back peace and harmony that got ruprured exactly where they got ruptured. By repairing the damage, healing happens. A wrong-doing is basically a ruture in harmony through behavior but has emotional and meaning-ramifications that must be reset back to wholesomeness with love and care, for nothing else really repairs or truly heals back to how it originally was.
