The Art of being Present
While living really only happens in real-time whixh is when the heart beats, it takes something to be able to be in tge present, which is where life is really happening.
It involves, including but not limited to, being mindfully in the presence of the good and the not-so-good with equal equanimity.

Nothing
Nothing is the best form of nonviolence that I know of. It takes a lott to get to Nothing but it largely involves purification of mind, physique, emotions, intellect, spirit, soul of that which no longer serves a purpose and/or letting of of that which belongs to others. Maintenane Therapy is the 'fast-track" to coming to clarity and purity.
Maintaining Maintenance
Present is a double-edged sword. It helps to live in the present moment. It also helps to maintain the level of personal evolution that has come about. It really takes something to be oneself in the crowd AND maintaining peace. It is a form of yoga.
